The Illinois Professional Truck Driving Championship (TDC) is back! Join us for this thrilling two-day event where the best professional truck drivers in Illinois compete to showcase their exceptional skills, knowledge, and safety practices.

Event Highlights:

Friday, June 6:

• Kickoff Breakfast for Volunteers (7:00 AM)
• Family Fun Time for Drivers and Volunteers (2:30–5:30 PM)
• Written Exam and Driver Check-In (5:30 PM)
• Driver Meeting and Bag Distribution (7:00 PM)
  

Saturday, June 7:

• Open Ceremony and Walkthrough of the Skills Course (8:00 AM)
• Skills Competition (8:15 AM onward)
• Lunch provided for all Drivers and Volunteers
• Cocktail Reception (5:00 PM)
• Awards Banquet (6:00 PM): Celebrate the top drivers with an elegant evening, including a cash bar and dinner.

Banquet Details:

• Adult Tickets: $90
• Child Tickets (4–12): $45 (3 and under are free)

Registration and Deadlines:

• All forms and payment must be submitted by May 12, 2025.
• Banquet seating is assigned; early ticket purchases receive priority for table selection.

Tent Request Form

Companies attending the Illinois Professional Truck Driving Championship have the opportunity to reserve a 20x20 tent for their team’s use at the event. ITA has partnered with an official tent provider to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.

Tent Rental Details:

• Tent Size: 20x20 (No sidewalls)
• Included Amenities: 4 tables & 24 chairs
• Cost: $1,000 per tent (secured with water barrels or blocks)
• Availability:Limited to 10 tents, available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Placement Selection: Tent locations will be assigned based on the order of reservation submission
• Reservation Deadline:May 21, 2025

Important Notes:

• Each company is limited to one (1) tent rental.
• Outside tent providers are not permitted.
• Companies are responsible for any damage to their rented tent and will be billed for repairs or replacements if necessary.
• Food & Catering: Outside food is not permitted at the Tinley Park Convention Center. If your company requires catering, arrangements must be made through the venue’s caterers. Contact Linda at ITA at (630) 654-0884 (option 1) or email linda@iltrucking.org for catering details.

To secure your tent, complete the Tent Rental Agreement and submit it with payment by May 21, 2025. Once all 10 tents are reserved, no additional tents will be available.

Volunteer at the 2025 Illinois Professional Truck Driving Championship

Join us in making the Illinois Professional Truck Driving Championship (TDC) a success by volunteering on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at the Tinley Park Convention Center. Your support is essential in ensuring a smooth and fair competition for our professional drivers.

How to Volunteer:

• Sign Up Deadline:May 16, 2025
• Time Commitment: If you cannot commit to the entire day, please inform us in advance.
• Roles Available:
  • Pre-Trip Inspection
  • Den (Driver Check-In & Holding Area)
  • Course Assistance
  • Timer
  • Escort
  • Other Assignments (Specify if you have a preference)
• Training: A volunteer webinar will be held one week before the event to cover responsibilities and pre-trip skills.

2nd Annual Family Fun Time

Join us for an afternoon of networking and fun before the competition begins. Open to TDC drivers, volunteers, and their families, this event offers a great way to connect before the big day.

• Date: Friday, June 6, 2025
• Time: 2:30 – 5:30 PM
• Location: Tinley Park Convention Center

Registration:
All attendees should register in advance. Complete the Family Fun Time Registration Form and submit it to linda@iltrucking.org. Children must be accompanied by a parent.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Volunteers must arrive by 1:45 PM for instructions. To sign up, complete the Family Fun Time Volunteer Registration Form and email it to linda@iltrucking.org.
