Exhibit Space Registration

The Illinois Trucking Association Annual Meeting is the premier event for trucking industry leaders in Illinois, with nationally known speakers and valuable breakout sessions over three days.

This year, the Illinois Trucking Association is pleased to offer exhibit space for the 2026 Annual Meeting. Exhibit space is extremely limited and is available on a first come-first serve basis, so please register as soon as possible.

Gold and Platinum Level ITA Allied Members receive 1 complimentary exhibit space equivalent that is included with your ITA membership. Additional space is available upon request for a fee. Bronze and Silver Level Allied Members in good standing receive exhibit space at a reduced rate. Non-ITA members may also exhibit at the ITA Annual Meeting for a fee.

Please note, that in order to attend the ITA Annual Meeting as an Exhibitor, each individual must also be registered as an Annual Meeting Attendee. Your registration fee includes all meal functions.

How to Exhibit at the ITA Annual Meeting:

Please register as an Exhibitor Attendee for all booth personnel. Then add your Exhibitor Booth registration space(s) and add Exhibitor Bingo if you'd like to be included on the Bing Card (more details below).

Exhibit Times

The Exhibit Area will be open to all attendees for casual conversation for the duration of the Annual Meeting, Tuesday evening, all day Wednesday, and during the Cocktail Reception Wednesday Night that will be in the Exhibit Area. Exhibitors can set up anytime on Tuesday, September 1 between 1 - 4 PM.

Exclusive, dedicated exhibit hours, when attendees will be specifically directed to meet with exhibitors, will be:

• 5-6:30 PM on Tuesday, September 1 (Cocktail Reception held in Exhibit Hall)
• 1-2 PM on Wednesday, September 2
• 5:30-6:30 PM Wednesday, September 2 (Cocktail Reception held in Exhibit Hall)
• 8:00 AM on Thursday, September 3 will be our Exhibitor Recognition and Exhibitor Awards

Exhibitor Bingo (limited to first 16 companies)

ITA will once again hold “Exhibitor Bingo” this year to promote attendees interacting with our exhibitors. Upon registration, attendees will be given a “Bingo” card that lists the names of 16 participating exhibitors. Attendees will be required to bring the “Bingo” card to each participating exhibitor for a special check off. Attendees that visit all participating exhibitors can enter a drawing to win cash prizes. Exhibitors can be listed on the Exhibitor Bingo Card for a fee. To have your name included on the Exhibitor Card, please select Exhibitor Bingo on the registration form.
